As a Spiritual Director trained in individual and group settings, I walk with people as they attend to their life with God—their longings, relationships, work, and the places that feel stagnant. In individual sessions we may incorporate gentle somatic and creative practices to help the body and mind express what words alone cannot. In group sessions, I cultivate spaces where people are truly heard, loved, and held in prayer. As your Sabbatical Coach, I will walk with you as you create a meaningful plan for refreshment, renewal, and restoration during your sabbatical. Together, we will gently identify areas of depletion and shape a life-giving strategy that supports your journey back to wholeness. Sabbatical planning may include caring accountability, monthly coaching conversations, the development of healthy spiritual rhythms and disciplines, and the formation of personal prayer teams.
